Good News

As seen in the Reader's Digest this month:
Folks who take regular naps lower their risk of dying from heart disease by 37%.

If that's not good news (and a good reason to take naps), I don't know what is.

Enjoy your weekend. :)

SO thoughtful of you to erase my guilt over falling asleep instead of staying focused! You've made my day!!

You are very sweet.
I'm a retired 64 years old man who takes a nap every day. It's already a need, but untill now I felt a lit bit ashamed as well worried by thinking that a nap was like loosing life time in my life.
It's very important to know that I'm working for the wealth of my heart during a nap.
Thanks a lot.

Thanks Arnaldo.

Congratulations on being retired, and enjoy those naps, now guilt-free. :)
